Below is a detailed description of each extraordinary package being offered as part of the Live Auction.

10. Transformations: Experience One Week on an Interplast Surgical Team Trip to Vietnam or Latin America
This life-changing experience will be a gift you give to children in need—and a gift you give to yourself. One person will have the chance to be at the front lines of delivering surgical care to those who need it most. You’ll travel along for the first week of a trip, accompanying a team of 12–15 medical volunteers. Four of you will have the extraordinary experience of a tour and tasting led personally by Dick Grace at the Grace Family Vineyard in St. Helena. As a treasured remembrance, you’ll take home two 3-liter bottles: one 3-liter 2007 6FV Cabernet Sauvignon and one 3-liter 2007 6FV Blank Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 75 large-format bottles, in each vintage, were produced. They sold out instantly, and Interplast was one of the very few charitable recipients. A legendary day should only be followed by a legendary dining experience.
